8U:  Only gets 1 game a day and plays the first five weeks, no tournament for 8U.

10u and Up: Will have double headers with both games counting towards records.

The last weekend Oct 7/8 is a Single Elimination tournament.  Typically teams are tiered into brackets of four with each bracket winner getting an award.  

There are no Gold/Silver divisions.  Schedules are done weekly and matched up by records. Schedules will not be released until the Wednesday prior to that weekend. Game times will rotate and no requests will be given for certain game times.

All games will be in Rochester.  8U, 10U, 12U will play on Saturdays.  14U and High School will play on Sundays.  

No Rainout days.  We'll try to play through weather as safe as we can so the minimal amount of games are lost but it is possible games are lost due to weather.

Registration: Is live and will close at 11:59pm on Wednesday, August 9th. No late registrations unless a certain age level is short players.

Refunds/Scholarships: There will be NO refunds. Once registered, there will be no refund of money. Fall ball does NOT offer scholarships.

Volunteers: Summer families need to complete their dib slot by end of fall ball season or they are charged $100. We will have a sign up out for volunteer slots. We need volunteers to keep this running. Even if you have completed your dibs, please think about volunteering time to help keep our program costs at a minimal. 

Playups: Playups will be decided on a case by case basis and decided upon by the age coordinators based on numbers and ages of playups. No player is guaranteed.

Friend Request: Players may list one friend for a friend request, however that friend must list them as well. We create mixed skill level teams in the fall. We do look at schools when creating these teams. We have a very quick turnaround for creating teams, so no requests will be guaranteed. 

There are several items that are not covered:

• Gloves (required)
• Sliders (optional)
• Cleats (optional, but recommended: metal cleats are not allowed unless 14u and up)
• Black softball pants
• Water Bottles: Players should be responsible for providing their own water 

*Helmets - Each team is provided team helmets, but we strongly recommend each player have her own helmet, if possible. Each helmet MUST have a mask, and both the helmet and mask MUST be stamped NOCSAE. Colors and Designs are optional, but reflective surfaces and yellow helmets may be ruled as distracting by some umpires.

*Bats- Each team is provided with 1-2 team bats for 12u and under. If you choose to purchase a bat it needs to be stamped with the USA or ASA logo. 

All games played at Rochester Softball Complex (827-36th Ave SE). 

No carry-in coolers or food.  Concessions will be open.

Format:  Double Headers on Saturdays (8U, 10U, 12U) and Sunday’s (14U and HS)  with Single Elimination playoff.  Games in league can end in tie.

Proposed game times with all game at RSC (if it works with umpire availability).
